These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the ASIEDGE website. Please read them carefully.

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ASIEDGE website at >>asiedge.io<< (the 'Site'). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by ASIEDGE Tech Solutions B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42115817 ('ASIEDGE', 'we', 'us'). You can contact us at info@asiedge.io.

3. Informational purpose; no offer

The Site presents information about ASIEDGE and its federated intelligence network, and is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a binding commitment, or investment, legal, or professional advice, and nothing on it guarantees any particular outcome. Any partnership or engagement with ASIEDGE is subject to a separate written agreement, and only that agreement is binding.

4. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems, or introduce malicious code;

  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site except as we permit in writing;

  • use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

5. Briefing requests and other submissions

When you submit information through the Site, for example, a briefing request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms; a briefing is the appropriate setting to discuss such matters under suitable terms. We handle personal data you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the ASIEDGE name and marks, images, and the design and arrangement of the Site, is owned by or licensed to ASIEDGE and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. 'ASIEDGE' and the associated logos are trademarks of ASIEDGE Tech Solutions B.V. and may not be used without permission.

This Privacy Policy explains how ASIEDGE collects, uses, and protects personal data, the legal bases we rely on, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It is written to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience only; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. No warranties

The Site is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASIEDGE will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence on our part.

10. Availability and changes to the Site

We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on the Site with the 'last updated' date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Privacy

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of, and should be read together with, these Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The competent court in >>Amsterdam<< shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your place of residence.
